How we process your data
Controller: Mundida S.r.l. This page describes Easy Legenda. It does not replace the official EasyCasa privacy notice.
The free-file measure (grant record + hashed network-block counters) is not yet in the live EasyCasa notice. Counsel still has to fold that purpose in. We say so here so the product does not pretend the official policy already covers it.

- Purposes
We process your email, the files you upload, the report, chat, and the credits ledger to provide Easy Legenda.
When you use the first free file we record that this account received the promotional credit, and we count hashed network-address blocks so we can see how often the free file is taken twice. We do not store a raw IP on your account. We do not use the court file as an identifier. We do not ask for a card to unlock the free file.
- Data
Email and sign-in (Keycloak). Uploaded auction documents and the derived report (they can contain third-party data of the debtor — counsel, LGL-1). Credits. A grant row with a canonical form of the email. A hashed IP-block counter that is not linked to the account.
- Legal basis
The product: steps necessary to provide the service. The free-file measure: legitimate interest (art. 6(1)(f)) — draft LIA for counsel, not a finding that the basis is made out.
- Retention
Uploaded documents stay visible only to you. We keep them for 365 days, then they are deleted.
Hashed network-block counters: 90 days. Hashing secret: rotated every 30 days. The grant row lasts for the life of the account and is deleted with it. Do not treat 90 days as the document clock.
- Your rights
Access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, and withdrawal of consent: write to privacy@easycasaita.com. We answer within one month (art. 12). There is no automated HOLD today. A later HOLD would only withhold the promotional credit — the account, purchase, WhatsApp and legenda@easycasaita.com stay open.

We use only the technical session cookie needed to keep you signed in (ec_access). No advertising or tracking cookies. No consent banner while that stays true.
- Processors
Hostinger (VPS in the EU). OpenAI (document text for extraction and translation — counsel on DPA). Brevo (transactional mail, including verify-email). Keycloak on the same VPS. We do not sell contacts or pass them to agencies.
